“I use the manual fairly often. I particularly like the spiral binding; the manual lays flat, which really is essential. What I would really like is a comprehensive index. I realize the online manual does not contain one, and I imagine Apple believes all of its users are “experts” who can intuit everything. Not so for the likes of me. A comprehensive index really would be a great addition. I’ve got my fingers crossed.”

“I am an old man, 82 years of agen so you can appreciate that technology is a very difficult area for me to come to grips with. However, I had purchased two of your manuals before, for my camera and Samsung phone, so I knew that the manual for the tablet would make things an awful lot easier. The instructions are clear and concise yet with enough detail to make things easy to operate the tablet. In short, I am delighted with every one of your manuals that I have purchased.”
