“A good overall manual but as a 92 year old and spent 28 years on PCs I would have preferred it in A4 size And in colour, obliviously at extra cost. Best wishes. George”

“Never had a tablet before, and purchased a 2nd hand one with out instructions , found on the web site OTC who covered the manual for my tablet, Had no worries about using or setting up, as the manual covered everything you needed to know, i was over the moon, and will log this site into my favorites for future should i ever buy something without a Manuel. Thank you OTC”

“The Samsung Manual was FINE, but the LINX 10 was not good enough to be of use, beyond a larger copy of the very tiny Guide with the Tablet, my wife was disappointed, and it was not much use to her in explaining how to use the Tablet. One observation that I have with the Samsung Tablet was that the layout was different to my own Tablet, in that it has NO side switch buttons on one side. I am talking about the Samsung 6 B. Please be aware that we don't write the manuals. We just print what is produced by the manufacturers. It sounds like you may need to return the Linx manual for as refund. Perhaps the Samsung manual is for the wrong model? It might be best to call the office on 01707 273773 to discuss?

“I am very pleased with the manual. It is neat and tidy and much cheaper than trying to print it out myself let alone the cost of binding. It is making it much easier to learn how to use my ipad”
