Sorry to hear you weren't happy with it. Please note that we don't write any of the 20,000 manuals we offer. We simply print and bind what is supplied by the manufacturer. We will re-send the manual printed twice the size to deal with the issue of you finding the font too small.

“A very quick and efficient service. My only complaint is with the manufacturer who adds so much extraneous (legal?) information, making it bulkier than necessary. Maybe I should have ordered the ring binder so I could remove the 'not wanted on voyage' pages? Excellent otherwise.”

“Required a more basic manual. The illustrations were far too small to be of help. This is more like a phto copy of the Apple Manual.”

Please note that we don't write any of the manual. We print and bind what is produced by the manufacturer so that customers don't need to. We will re-send (free of charge) printed twice the size so that the illustrations are easier to read. I'm sure this will help.

“Type too small margins too wide = waste of space could have utilised for larger type = disappointment Did not cover Fire HD8 7th or 8th”

Please note that we can only print what is produced by the manufacturer. We will re-send at twice the size which will help with the font size. If you aren't happy you can always return the manual at any time for a 100% refund.

“Not had time enough to study manual as much as I would like but it seems very helpful. The font size however is too small for my old eyes. A simplified more basic version would be acceptable or bigger A4 would be good. No complaints about price or excellent service.”

“Speedy delivery, i knew what it would contain and spiral binding makes flicking through easier. Only minor quibble is that text could be larger, it's quite small writing so it's not the easiest to read. But nevertheless good value, its a very thick, comprehensive manual. I would be happy though to pay more for a larger font (and even colour, at least for some images).”
