“Couldn't get the tablet to connect to the internet. Even standing beside my router! Talked to your tech guys - very nice and helpful. Followed their advice. Still couldn't connect. They recommended returning the item, which I have done. Thank you.”

Hello We only sell instruction manuals think you have us mixed up with the manufacturers. Hopefully they will send a new one and it works for you.

“If you are not technically able, it is not easy to follow! The big fault with this very lengthy double-book guide is where to find the page(s) you need, as the 12 pages long "index" is given in page number order, not subject order!!”

Hello I am sorry you are having trouble with the manual;. all we can do is supply the customer with the manual that Apple have made for their device. We have no control over the contents of the manual.

“A straightforward & comprehensive manual. Which is itself easier to use than to keep looking online or to print out. It's a good size & in a ring binder so the pages lay flat so making it easier to refer to. It was also easy to order & arrived quickly.”

“Arrived in very quick time, very pleased with the manual but from your initial description you did mention that it was a very comprehensive manual so it would be delivered as two seperate bound manuals whereas it was only bound as a single unit which was a bit full making it a bit difficult to turn the pages when coming to the back pages but all in all a very good tutorial for the iPad.”
