“I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed with the quality of the finish. The acetate cover was very crudely cut and glued to the book. I spent some time re-fixing the outer cover and trimming it down to the correct A5 size. It looked as though it had been carelessly assembled in a hurry. Nev Jackson”

Hello I am sorry you found the book disappointing. I can see the order was perfect bound. The covers we use are made off site by a separate company. We simply print the manual and place in the cover and pop in a heat binder to glue the pages in. If the cover was cut badly we had not noticed I am sorry for this.

“Service from OTC was excellent. Booklet itself was very disappointing. I was hoping for something better than the o-l version, it is considerably worse. No index, poorly presented, difficult to use. An expensive wast of money.”

Hello I am sorry you are not happy with the manual. We are a separate company to Samsung and can only supply the manuals the manufacture make available.

Hello I am sorry you are disappointed by the acetate being uneven. I am not sure how this had happen only the acetate comes into us in A4 size we then put it into a guillotine and cut in half.

“When I’ve bought manuals in the past or downloaded them I’ve always had to take them to a store to have them put ring binders on them but you’ve done it all which saves me having to pay for the paper to print and the cost of the spiral binding. You saved me time and money. Thank you.”

“The tablet manual is done very nicely. It opens and reads from top to bottom which is ok but would prefer if it read from left to right when opened. Takes a little getting use to. Otherwise done very nicely with a good ring binder and is the perfect size.”

Hello We are a separate company to Samsung and the manual is what they have produced for the device you have, unfortunately they have made it like a flip over book.
