“Superb customer service, polite friendly and efficient, Scot city (pascal) attends to your every need and makes your experience stress free I would highly recommend scoot city for anyone deciding to make a purchase, my scooter arrived on time no COVID made you excuses should my partner decide he wants one I’ll be using scoot city and shall be recommending to others”

“Apart from the scooter being awesome, I thought I had run into some trouble a few days after it arrived. Me, being the silly goose that I am, inconvenienced one of the lovely staff members about my "problem". Pascual was very happy to try and help me with it and although I found the solution on my own, I was very grateful to him nonetheless. All-in-all, the scooters are wicked (I purchased a kugoo s1) and so are the staff!”

“The Bike was delivered as promised except that the courier company mishandled the delivery to me. The courier company left no notices in my letter box of where my bike was kept in custody. I emailed Scoot City and registered my complaint of not receiving the Bike. The responses was spontaneous and they located the bike and apologised. I believe Scoot City is very efficient and they listen to their customer very carefully and act decisively.”

“Wow!!! So impressed. Wasn't expecting my scooter for a couple of days but it turned up early. Love it!!!! Pascual is always available and answered a couple of worries i had with no bother. Next pay day i'm getting another one from Scoot City for my girlfriend.”
