The Bike was delivered as promised except that the courier company mishandled the delivery to me. The courier company left no notices in my letter box of where my bike was kept in custody. I emailed Scoot City and registered my complaint of not receiving the Bike. The responses was spontaneous and they located the bike and apologised. I believe Scoot City is very efficient and they listen to their customer very carefully and act decisively.
