Apart from the scooter being awesome, I thought I had run into some trouble a few days after it arrived. Me, being the silly goose that I am, inconvenienced one of the lovely staff members about my "problem". Pascual was very happy to try and help me with it and although I found the solution on my own, I was very grateful to him nonetheless. All-in-all, the scooters are wicked (I purchased a kugoo s1) and so are the staff!
