“Had a small handrail to replace for a existing customer who wanted to replace the old galvanized handrail with something nicer, after making a quick call to SWR balustrade I had a very helpful person tell me what was in stock even though it was a small order they couldn't be more helpful unlike some companies I have used in the past, delivery time was super quick and I was kept up to date via email. SWR balustrade will definitely be my go to in the future and I highly recommend them, great service great quality products. Thank you”

“I required some upright posts so that I could attach wire and artificial ivy to create a garden wall. This was to conceal a recently built extension by my next door neighbour. It needed to be fixed on top of a brick wall. The excellent posts providede by SWR were of a very high quality, the base was easily screwable into the top of the wall and they now hold the wire and green coverage securely. They were delivered over night and immaculately packaged. Highly recommended,”

“Your products are good and the range of fittings enabled me to achieve exactly what I wanted for a balcony awning sunshade. The prompt delivery was also good. I ordered a pair of saddle end fittings and incorrectly the delivery did not have these, but had a pair of slightly different articulated saddle fittings instead. I was able to agree by phone that I can make these work as an alternative.”

“Rubber for glass brackets. Good product. I was unsure if the price was each or a pair as the picture shows two and the description is plural, states rubbers. The price is each, which is fair but I will need to order more.”

“Needed to finish my new stainless steel and glass staircase and landing so ordered a lovely stainless steel scroll to finish the job at the bottom of the stairs nice piece of stainless steel. Looks good and am well pleased.”

“Happy but surprised the total bill was more than I was led to believe. Turns out the delivery charge of £9.50 is subject to VAT. Your office were very prompt explaining this. However, I think your itemised bill needs to reflect this. It's a bit smoke and mirrors with respect. You need to clarify that there is VAT on the delivery charge in your itemised billing receipt. Thanks.”
