“It was a bit trying, asking a sales operative to order a few items for us. To be told no problem I can order it myself on the website. Very busy day doing my job, to be told I had to do yours was disappointing.”

“Good quality product and only given 4 and not 5* due to instructions not being in English and having to search for them online.”

Hi Linda, Thank you for the positive feedback and the lovely photo! We didnt realise these components came with instructions, so we're going to look into this for any future buyers. Kind regards,

“Order eceived as expected. However, the Ends caps are dreadful quality with a very poor arrangement in place to secure the Steel cap to the plastic ferrule. You would expect it to stay in place when tapped in with a white mallet, but the grab washer is simpkly too weak to hold it. Trying to extract the plastic ferrule after the cap fell off was troublesome, and I evetually resorted to fixing in place with 2 pack epoxy glue. I don't expect to have to undertake additional work on such a nice looking item, so very disappointed.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your experience, particularly the issues you encountered with the cap becoming detached during installation and the additional work required to secure it. This is not the experience we want our customers to have. We are currently carrying out a review of this product, and feedback such as yours is invaluable in helping us assess whether improvements are needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.

“Thanks to the great support and advice given by the team at SWR, from purchase to installation was relatively easy. The balustrade system I purchased is made with very good quality steel, and looks the part.”

“Had a small handrail to replace for a existing customer who wanted to replace the old galvanized handrail with something nicer, after making a quick call to SWR balustrade I had a very helpful person tell me what was in stock even though it was a small order they couldn't be more helpful unlike some companies I have used in the past, delivery time was super quick and I was kept up to date via email. SWR balustrade will definitely be my go to in the future and I highly recommend them, great service great quality products. Thank you”
