“Happy but surprised the total bill was more than I was led to believe. Turns out the delivery charge of £9.50 is subject to VAT. Your office were very prompt explaining this. However, I think your itemised bill needs to reflect this. It's a bit smoke and mirrors with respect. You need to clarify that there is VAT on the delivery charge in your itemised billing receipt. Thanks.”

“Jordan at SWR was very helpful throughout the order of our large glass balustrades. Gorge their fitter was also helpful and appreciated the deadline we had to meet for our clients for handover of the project.”

“The prodject contract went ok but was not so impressed with the amount of packaging I am glad it was well wrapped but opening individual packaging was a pain on a large contract and caused manny collets to be disturbed and some lost”

Good afternoon Dean, We apologise if you had found the extensive packaging slightly overkill on site. We do package all materials with great care so that this is not damaged in transit by the couriers. As we out source our delivery to third party couriers we cannot always be sure on how well it will be handled, so we ensure all materials are packaged thoroughly to avoid damages. We have taken on your feedback and shall look to ask all future customers how thorough they would like their orders packaged. Hello Craig, Many thanks for kindly leaving your feedback with SWR. We are very sorry you did not feel 100% satisfied and we have now implemented a suggested fixings tab when you order any brackets. We unfortunately do not supply these along with the brackets as we are unsure what fixture the brackets shall be fixed to as different structures require different fixings.
