“I wanted a more contemporary style for my 17th century barn conversion and chose SWR Balustrade to supply the SS posts, handrails, fittings etc. For me this was a daunting project but Jordan (SWR) was there throughout offering the guidance and advice I needed. “I have recently completed a self-installed balustrade project overseas comprising a SS handrail and posts with wire infill. Not only is the product of the highest quality but also Leon Fletcher's product knowledge, guidance and advice combined with good humour and patience ensured that I only ordered and shipped the exact components required with little wastage from the elements that required cutting. Even once the order was complete any questions or problems were no problem to him and his continued support resulted in a successful installation and a very happy client. Leon is a credit to the company and I highly recommend SWR's product and services.”

“This pole is just what I needed , instead of a handrail at top oh a short flight of garden steps Great post for top of garden steps instead of a handrail. Only issue is that the base is not as shown in website . Website shows three holes for countersunk screws .The Base I have has three rectangular slots which will require coach bolts and washers to fix :they measure 15mm X 5mm James Murray”

“First time I have used this company. I did feel 7-10 day’s delivery seemed a bit of a wait but proceeded with the order. No delivery time except a day it would be delivered. Came at 2pm to find half the delivery not being delivered until the next day “hopefully “. It did turn up at around 10am as the driver had a local before 9.30 in the area. The product is of good quality but they need to sort out their logistics as I’ve had problems with DX in the past. Sort out your carrier and you have a great business. Won’t be using them again in the near future. I think 3-5 day’s delivery is reasonable time these days. Lost money on waiting in twice. Not happy. In fact I lost more than the job was worth. Live and learn I guess.”

Good morning, First of all, apologies for the delivery service you received. We are currently working closely with DX to rectify delays in delivery. Unfortunately with the style of products we sell, we are limited to the couriers we use. With regards to the lead time, we typically work on a 3 - 5 working day lead time for most fabrication, however due to the current high volume of orders, we have had to amend our lead time to manage expectations.
