“First time I have used this company. I did feel 7-10 day’s delivery seemed a bit of a wait but proceeded with the order. No delivery time except a day it would be delivered. Came at 2pm to find half the delivery not being delivered until the next day “hopefully “. It did turn up at around 10am as the driver had a local before 9.30 in the area. The product is of good quality but they need to sort out their logistics as I’ve had problems with DX in the past. Sort out your carrier and you have a great business. Won’t be using them again in the near future. I think 3-5 day’s delivery is reasonable time these days. Lost money on waiting in twice. Not happy. In fact I lost more than the job was worth. Live and learn I guess.”

Good morning, First of all, apologies for the delivery service you received. We are currently working closely with DX to rectify delays in delivery. Unfortunately with the style of products we sell, we are limited to the couriers we use. With regards to the lead time, we typically work on a 3 - 5 working day lead time for most fabrication, however due to the current high volume of orders, we have had to amend our lead time to manage expectations. Apologies - Our review emails are set to automatically go out after 5 days from order, as we typically fulfil most online orders within 1 - 2 Working Days. However, due to the bespoke nature of your order, you were informed (at checkout) that your order would take 7-10 Working Days - I have just confirmed with production that your order is due to be dispatched tomorrow (01/06) and we hope you would consider amending your review, once you receive the goods :-)

“In my research for decking balustrade I came across SWR on the internet, read the reviews and contacted Leon Fletcher. I was not disappointed. What a breath of fresh air in customer service. Leon's knowledge, advice, dedication, communication skills and professionalism was a joy and reassured me of a successful project outcome. We had a couple of minor hiccups on the way but presented no problem to Leon who sorted them out swiftly without any fuss and bother. If ever there was a role model for someone to learn from about proper customer service ,Leon would be at the top. SWR should be proud to employ him. The product was excellent. Fine quality well engineered, easy to install and aesthetically pleasing. Price was good and delivery always prompt. I am extremely happy with the result and would recommend SWR and Leon.”
