“didn't get what i ordered, tried to resolve it but just got bs response as to how a relay rated and marked by the manufacturer as 50 amps was actually 70 amps.”

“BUYERS BE AWARE THIS SELLERS TAMIYA MINI BATTERY CONNECTORS ARE WIRED THE WRONG WAY ROUND, & IT CAUSED MY RC HELICOPTER TO CATCH FIRE & MY £159 RC HELICOPTER I CANNOT USE NOW DUE TO CATCHING FIRE, THIS SELLERS PHOTOS FOR THE TAMIYA MINI CONNECTORS EVEN SHOW THAT THIS IS TRUE JUST LOOK AT THERE PHOTOS & THEN LOOK AT ANOTHER SELLERS PHOTOS, SHOULD BE RED + WIRE SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE CIRCLE CONNECTOR & ITS NOT ITS CONNECTED TO THE SQUARE CONNECTOR WHICH IS WRONG !!!!”

“I bought a lithium-ion 12v battery, with uk charger. The charger plug prongs (the 2 bottom ones, the top was plastic, arrived broken off) are too large to fit in a uk socket, so I have a problem. Sent a message to customer services yesterday, (which is the only way to return, get refund) no response. This request for a review is the first contact I’ve had from them since. I would not currently recommend wasting your money on this product.”

Hello, this is not an item we stock and you have ordered from ourselves. Your order was for a fan, so I believe you have mixed us up with another company. I have sent yourself an email regarding this.

“This was my first order with switch and some of the parts supplied are incorrect, despite several attempts to contact customer service I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact you via the customer service telephone number, no one answers and then the line cuts off!”

“Email ignored, telephone not answered. I need reliability, unfortunately the support is rubbish. Although the parts arrived quickly I need reliable support from my suppliers. it's a shame because I would use then all of the time.”
