“Placed order on Nov 1. Was told that shipping would be 3-5 working days tracked international. Took 15 working days. Paid a shipping charge and still had to pay a COD fee upon arrival at our destination. Not happy with this company at all.”

Good afternoon, not sure if you saw our email to you. Your order took 6 working days to arrive, we have checked the tracking details from the Carrier. To Canada we would not anticipate that 1 days delay would be a massive issue for you. The Shipping charge was a Canadian Import duty which is levied by Canadian Customs. As explained - we have absolutely no control over this. We're not too sure what more we could do to assist? Kind Regards

“order ref. N° 100003346 Placed 31st Oct. Despite phone call to chse up delivery I still have not received the goods. It is also very difficult to get through to speak to anyone . Left message on answering machine to call back but no one ever does. Hopeless.”

Hello, your order was dispatched the same day on the 20th June to India. Will you please contact us, so we can send you the tracking information. I think your mail provider may be blocking our emails, or the email address you entered is incorrect. Regards, Ben

“What went wrong? Everything, placed order never arrived, No answer to phones no answers to emails eventually tracked them down on Facebook. Said they would resend with tracking number. weeks later Items still never arrived. Now I'm getting no answer to the phone again Stay well clear.”
