“I placed my first order with Switch and it arrived 2 days later, unfortunately 1 item was incorrect, I emailed the sales department at gone 10pm, the next day I had a confirmation that the replacement would be delivered the next day. Excellent old fashioned customer service”

“Clear website made ordering easy. Good, quick service. However they made a small mistake. It was easy to contact them about this, and they corrected the issue immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending them”

“I ordered about £60 worth of parts. Delivery was quick and although there were initially some problems with the order the customer service team were very quick to resolve these and provide replacement parts which arrived the very next day. Overall a great experience.”

“Pros: - I received the components quickly and well packaged. - Website and payment was easy. Cons: - Website doesn't order some components very well, eg. I was looking for a particular Ohm component and so had to look through several pages to find it.”

“Fast, and no packing mistakes (i.e., I got what I ordered - which is not always the case with parts suppliers), but most of the ICs I bought arrived with bent pins. I don't think I've ever had a parts supplier send me chips just loose, in a bag, before - even an anti-static one. The legs of DIP chips need protecting, ideally by pushing them into a piece anti-static foam for the journey. So, I'd use Switch for everything but ICs, happily, but not again for ICs.”
