“The 10mm LEDs fit through a 10mm hole, the 10mm neons don't. They claim to sell 12V neons. Must be some other state of neon gas that glows at a much lower temperature than the usual sort.”

“Ordered 25 pin plugs and covers ,made up cable for rs232 comms. Works great . If you sell this gear could you stock 7 core screened cable so we can buy everything for assembly cheers”

“I ordered a 10k potentiometer as per the photograph on the website. Unfortunately the actual item did not match the picture, alghough the pdf specifications was correct. I have emailed them, but not has a response back. Fortunately it does work OK, although the control knob is a little loose due to the shorter splined shaft.”

“Switch Electronics are a great supplier. I've used them a couple of times now and on both occasions they were incredibly fast with their service and delivery. My recent purchase was for a couple of BNC patch cables and a couple of BNC barrel connectors to use with my radio gear. I didn't expect the quality to be great due to the price. The patch cables were decent although they appear to use solid core rg-58 cable which is not as good as the stranded-core stuff in these applications. The BNC barrel connectors (M-M and F-F) were awful, making only loose or intermittent contact. They were connecting to decent amphenol connectors which were known to work well. Stringing a couple of these barrel connectors together and testing for continuity really shows up the problem. They really shouldn't be being sold. Like I said though, I wasn't really expecting much from them in the first place and they were a bit of a gamble. I would have no qualms about ordering from Switch again, just maybe not for BNC barrel connectors...”

“I have recently ordered some basic circuit components and the 2 working day delivery was great. Although I received 2 dud LEDs and a switch that was leaking current, customer service was very helpful and sent me some new ones free of charge.
