“Had some good components from this company. They however do not answer they phone as I wasn’t ringing to complain but to ask about some larger components and possibly setup and account as I’m need of components on a regular basis due to nature of business.”

“Good items delivered but...paid next day with courier only to find out with email confirmation that courier will not be delivering on a bank holiday.This should of been pointed out on the website which it wasn't!”

“Fast, and no packing mistakes (i.e., I got what I ordered - which is not always the case with parts suppliers), but most of the ICs I bought arrived with bent pins. I don't think I've ever had a parts supplier send me chips just loose, in a bag, before - even an anti-static one. The legs of DIP chips need protecting, ideally by pushing them into a piece anti-static foam for the journey. So, I'd use Switch for everything but ICs, happily, but not again for ICs.”

“Painless ordering, swift delivery. The micro piggyback connector was very fiddly/tight getting a fuse in. Managed in the end although I did think I had broken a fuse.”

“the circuit board supplied had a little two-pin input plug and the ideal solution was to have a little wired socket to fit on the plug. no. as a result i had to solder the pins, not good for circuit board and then seal the join with polymorph to stop the solder coming off.”
