“Dear Richard I bought the Bamix as a present and have not giving it yet so an unable to review the product. However, bellow is the feedback to your carrier (Royal Mail). I have forwarded this to you just as a matter of interest and is not a complaint. Peter The parcel was "tracked48" we had been advised to expect it Thursday and then advised delivery had not been possible "Sorry, there didn’t seem to be anyone in." I was delivered next day. That was fine and did not cause me any issue. Our property is a commercial property with a receptionist on duty so I doubt no one was in! The delivery was not time critical and I had not paid extra for 48hrs delivery, so issues on either matter but hence the lower score.”

“I had been looking for these floristry knives for a while now. I received one years ago years ago from a Dutch supplier put it away and forgot about it. I started using it recently and found it to be the best knife for me to work with. Love that you have diffrent colours and I will be buying more of them. It's also great that the can be sharpened as the cheap disposable trade ones can't and don't stay sharp for long! Thank you for a great product.”
