“Barny was a great help in sorting my through axle problem out. I had ordered the wrong one and he helped sort the correct one for me. Purchased the correct one and sent the wrong one back for a refund. Straight forward no hassle.Was a pleasure to do business and look forward to using swinnertons again in the future”

“best service from a bike show i have every had. Bought a bike on a wednesday and asked for the cranks to changed to 170 , with oval chain rings. got the bike with all the parts fitted . Delivered to me with in six days.”

“I'm delighted. I admit to being an apprehensive and nervous on-line purchaser. However, my recent purchase form Swinneertons, of saddle parts needed to keep my cherished velocipede in working order, has left me feeling very re-assured. “Ordered replacement shimano chainring of a different spec to that already fitted as a potential alternative. It arrived quickly, however on comparing parts was clear it wasn't compatible with my set up. I returned the part and Swinnerton swiftly refunded me without quible. Excellent service and I will certainly buy from them again in future.”
