“Amazing service. Barney was brilliant. I'd been trying to upgrade Crank Brothers Iodine 27.5 front wheel to a 29er, and contacted CrankBros themselves without any luck. Swinnerton to the rescue. Emailed in a support question and Barney was able to source rim, spokes and nipples all within a few days, always keeping me in the loop as to what was going on.”

“An excellent retailer to deal with. Following an issue I had with a payment online it was dealt with out of hours and promptly. Also I had purchased the wrong product for my bike and found the returns procedure easy and the refund was prompt. I was able to purchase the correct product too which was in stock.”
