“Awesome service. Ordered and arrived in Australia within a week. Great price (but had to pay Tax handling fees with DHL). I now live in Australia and had to pay tax which is fine but DHL also charge a processing fee. Since Chain Reaction Cycles has never been the same I was really glad to see Hope kit at a great price on your website. I would recommend setting up a Swinnerton.com.au address and work out how Australian Tax 10% can be paid (it can be done for under $1000 or around £500) at source. We are just going into summer and it might be a good opportunity for you guys. Thanks again.”

“Goods were sold at a very competitive price and dispatched very quickly with good updates re the order process received via e mail. Only reason for them not getting full marks is I tried to call them numerous times and phones just rung out. I still have not managed to get through on the phone. This said other than that they were excellent.”

“The delivery of my Elite Suito turbo trainer was very fast. I order this model because it looked easy to use and good quality. It has been one week now and I still haven't managed to get it working. The product does not have the tools in the box to enable the user to set it up and the instructions are not clear. This has resulted in me needing to pay my bike shop to set it up. So I rate Swinnerton Cycles highly, but I am disappointed with the product.”

“Fast shipping to America. My first order took a couple weeks, but I had to return the pants bc they were too small. My next order with the correct size took only a couple days to arrive. Pretty impressive for the pandemic. Just wish there was free shipping to the USA or a store here in Maryland:p”

“Very pleased with my purchases. The hivis gilet is certainly that ! Just what I wanted to make sure I get seen. Also had a Topeak multi tool. Essential to carry,just in case ! Service was friendly and efficient. I’ll have no hesitation about going again.”
