“We were very impressed at the choice of Caravans available for sale both new and used. Also the knowledgeable friendly sales person Lewis. Nothing was too much trouble, despite us wanting lots of little extras added to our van. The service team did a great job on these.”

“We travelled from Scotland to purchase a second hand van. The entire process from initial enquiry to towing away our new van was impeccable. The van was everything we had hoped and the team provided a detailed handover and excellent after sales service. Many thanks to the staff in sales, preparation, handover, accessories and after sales. Wholeheartedly recommend this business.”

“We have just bought a second hand caravan from the Reading Caravan Centre. From start to finish we had excellent, friendly and helpful service, from Michaela in Sales, Andy in Technical, Ian on Handover to Jim and Lynn in the shop. Even when we made silly beginners mistakes (and we are not beginners) they were very patient with us. They answered all the questions thoroughly, were quick to provide advice and flexible with our change in requirements. The caravan had been efficiently cleaned inside and out. This is the second caravan we have bought from them and would recommend them to anyone.”

“I recently purchased a pre used van from Reading Caravans and the service from all was excellent from Sales, Simon and Michaela who made the process exceedingly easy and I felt they had my interest at heart. The shop staff were very helpful in sorting out specific Items I required for the new caravan to comply with the insurance requirements. Last but not least Andy in Service who was very helpful during the PDI work. All in all, and excellent team to do business with and I would highly recommend them. I will go to them again for my next caravan purchase at them again for my next purchase.”

“The whole process from an initial off-hand viewing, through to post sales support, was exemplary, we were very impressed. They sales team were professional, supportive and not at all pushy, handover was excellent, and post sales support from Sales, Handover and Engineering (we used them all!) was exceptionally quick. Beyond expectations. And although we have a couple of teething problems with our new caravan we are in no doubt they will be resolved.”

“We found all the staff at Oxford Caravan Centre very friendly and approachable, they had a large selection of new and used caravans/ motorhomes to choose from. We chose to purchase a 2 berth caravan and was helped by Lewis Sirett who was very knowledgeable. When we went to collect the caravan Lewis went through all the details and was extremely helpful. If you are looking to buy a caravan I would highly recommend visiting Oxford Caravan Centre.”
