1. Take video's on before and after because you would be able to see how much improvement you've made.
2.Give more praise and encouragement ( I thrive and perform better when I'm given good feedback)

“As a total non swimmer at the age of 60 I decided I really need to learn to swim. So after seeing Swim now advertise on Facebook I plucked up courage and rang to find out all about swimming lessons. I can't believe that Pete actually managed to get me in the pool, I have no confidence at all my fear of drowning is well out of perspective. Now after a few lessons some good some not so ( that's me expecting too much of myself) I love having my lessons Pete is so patient with me he has done great so far, I will definitely be having a splash in the sea and pool on my hols this year, then back to continue my lessons. “I've tried group Swimming lessons before but could not get the satisfaction that I was learning anything. Saw the add for Swim Now and thought I'd give the 1 on 1 lesson a try, Pete my Swimming instructor has been nothing but fabtastic...I've learned so much from his instruction and have gained loads of confidence...SO!
