“At an age of 55 years, i have been struggling to learn swimming over last many years till i found Swimnow and my wonderful instructor Jason and have completed a block of 6 lessons by now.I am glad that Swimnow caters to adult swimming lessons as many other companies dont.The booking process is handled very well by Donya at Reception with email and telephone reminders.The Liverpool venue at Crowne Plaza hotel is a good one with a good pool and a not very busy one.

I couldnt start my lessons straight after enroling due to a family medical emergency and Swimnow accommodated my need.
My trainer Mr Jason is very experienced and has a very good style of teaching with emphasis on the basics.He reminds and confirms my lessons in advance and is a very friendly person.We create goals for each lesson.

“Dan in Leeds from swim now absolutely smashed it with my boy. We managed to book a holiday for the summer but was worried as Elijah was still scared of the water, lacking confidence and couldn’t swim at all but Dan quickly turned it around and had him swimming in just 2 sessions. “I initially signed up for a silver plan worth £419 per month after my positive taster session. During my sign up, i felt rushed and felt i made an impulsive decision with the sign up. I then called Donya, and advised that i would like to downgrade to a bronze plan which would have been a great choice due to my circumstances and also will be financially better. She then said to me how can someones circumstances change in 24 hours. I said it can. She didnt belive me when i tried explaining my reasons. I got very emotional and she must have felt bad. She then downgraded me to a bronze backage. However, i felt like the service i got from Donya was disgusting. I sent an email off to cancel the whole thing. Wouldnt recommend then at all. Dosgusting service and no compassion at all from the agents.”
