“We have booked lessons with Ryan at Rugby for our 7 years old autistic son who was struggling with his group lessons and no progression he been stock in level 2 for over a year. Ryan was amazing very patient and had a good approach to J. After a while J.has gained confidence and great skills in the water, completed his all key stage levels. Thank you Ryan for everything you have done. Booking lessons was easy and very accommodating”
“My daughter has additional needs and the instructor has been great with her. We also miss lessons regularly because or medical appointments or poor health and SwimNow as a company are very understanding of this. My daughter and son have joint lessons and they have both grown in confidence in the water.”
“I've been very pleased with the arrangements for adults. Having 1-to-1 lessons really makes all the difference. On our very first lesson, Clare, my instructor, pointed out errors I was making, causing tiredness and other hints to improve my breathing. I feel positive that we'll achieve my swimming goals in no time!”
“Overall I had quite a positive experience with SwimNow. I booked lessons for my 10/11 year old son, as he couldn't swim very confidently. He started with one swimming teacher, who then left not long before Christmas (he spent roughly a couple of months with her), and unfortunately he then had probably at least a month and a half or 2 months without any lessons, as the company had issues recruiting another swimming teacher. However, although not ideal, I was quite patient and understanding about this, and when he started having swimming lessons with his new swimming teacher Evie, he said that he liked her from the start. She has a lovely personality/temperament which suited my son, and enabled him to progress quite nicely and gain more skills/confidence. He had lessons with her for another couple of months before unfortunately having to stop due to other sporting commitments. I will not hesitate to go back to Evie and SwimNow in the future if I feel more lessons are required.”
“I am so grateful to Meg, she is brilliant.
She is so caring and she will listen to your needs and help you to gain your confidence.
She has also loads of patience, she will repeat over and over again until you get it.
This is life skill that I thought I would never be able to gain. As an adult learning how to swim I thought it would take me years to learn, but just in a couple of months I managed to be more confident in water and learn the basics.”
“My two boys aged 5 and 8 attend SwimNow lessons. They both love the classes and have gained lot of water confidence.
I'm very happy with the instructor Lina. She has taught them so much in a short time.”
“My instructor Daniel Clarke is very professional and patient and I look forward to my lessons. Howecrr, I think the first few lessons for beginners should be extended for the first 2-3 lessons as I think 30minutes not long enough. This my 5th week and though am more confident in the warer, I still think I have a long way to go and I sometimes doubt if I can be a decent swimmer in the time I have left - 7 weeks given its just 30 minutes per week! Fingers crossed 🤞 I can only hope that given the amount spent, I will get better before the end of my course. In all, good service 👏”
“swim now is really good , initially I had some problem as all the swimming venue are around manchester city centre bit the pools are good and my instructor was superb , it has helpful staff and they try to accommodate you as much as poosible. overall great experience”
“My swimming instructor was Amy, such an amazing soul. Amy made me feel at ease and helped me through my swimming. It’s not easy to learn to swim as an adult but with Amy she made it so easy for me. I enjoyed my lessons and really thank her for showing me and teaching me professionally with her big smile and time she took with the level off teaching skills she showed me. It was amazing to be taught by her and will be going back, fingers crossed hope will get in her class again. Such a good time I had with her and actually she taught my wife and my son and both were amazed by her skills of profession she showed. Big up to Amy and we can’t thank you much! Thanks”
“I did a course with swimnow to learn to swim and it was a good experience. I had come to England to learn English and even with the language barrier, Robin, my teacher, was able to adapt. Not only did she teach me how to swim but she also taught me new words in English as well as things about English culture and all this in a good mood. She always found simple ways to explain things to me and when I couldn't make a move she found a way for me to understand. A big thank to Robyn”
“hi , Kim was very professional and pushed me enough to make me progress, couldn't do freestyle swimming at all and Kim got me their in 3 lessons not bad considering I'm 62,I must add I did lots of practice in between lessons would have give 5star but pool not very deep and small. Roland.”
“Millie was a fantastic instructor and helped me achieve my goals. Booking was easy and overall service and comms were great. At time the pool (Stratford) was too busy for a fully productive session which was a bit frustrating, especially given the considerable cost of the sessions.”
