“I needed to cancel my order said it had all went through but said on phone they hadn’t received paper work from the gent I don’t know why you couldn’t have cancelled at that point explained he already got one but not helpful at all because of delay in paperwork it 3 weeks to for me to receive instead of the 10-14 days”
