“Had a bit of a scare when I purchased this plate. I then contacted this company and they told me they had not secured the plate from the private seller, then I was told to look on there website for an alternative plate just in case they couldn't get the one I'd purchased. ? .No refunds under any circumstances, I fail to see how you can't get your money back if they can't provide the plate you purchased. Read the terms and conditions. I was lucky it all turned out good in the end.Ive got the plate I purchased.”

“Bit concerned after placing order as had no email confirmation. Just over a week later had an email to say paperwork had been received and new Plates were being sent by currier. Arrived on time. Knew exactly when courier would be arriving. Paperwork followed in post.”

“Bought for a birthday well one advance but was still longer than advised time and never turned up through no fault of there’s and had to wait for DVLA to send a duplicate. The plates are of high quality also. And response from the team for enquiries is “swift” Thank you and hope it was a one of problem as will be wanting to get another for my partner”

“Your delivery service was good>. However, I have bought a registration number which I am told by DVLA might make my car appear newer than it is so I cannot use it. My purchase is therefore worthless to me. Any suggestions?”

“At first I was told that the reg I originally wanted was unavailable so I had to choose another one or get a refund. But after that I found another that was better suited for me and I’m absolutely in love with it. Kept me posted with updates the whole way through and when it arrived it had all the essentials to fit it on to my car.”
