“A lot of postives, fast and responsive staff but small things have let them down. I bought a plate and with VAT+ charges cost over £2000. In my haste I missed entering a discount code for their setup (would save me £20) but when I asked if they could refund me this amount they said it was too late. I know its my fault but giving me back the £20 would have encourage me to use them for my other 2 cars. Now I will actively look to other reg providers. This is a real shame as everything else was great.”

“Very very impressed, totally made the experience easy. I opted for the additional service to have the transfer of plates done for me and it went really smoothly (Just had to inform my Insurance company of the change). I ordered a couple months in advance of my Wedding date to have a new private plate as a Wedding gift to myself with my new surname abbreviated, and the transfer took place the day I requested - I simply received the confirmation email and was good to go with fitting the plates on my car! The plates (additional charge for physical plates obviously) were delivered with Evri so no problems and speedy , all in all was a great experience and already have recommended. I had an additional follow up question, emailed and got a reply quickly to clearly answer my question.”
