“The items I ordered ( two cravats ) were exactly what my husband wanted, very good quality, do not come untied once put on and the order arrived very quickly. All in all an A1 service. Thank you very much, will certainly be using your site again!”

“The swatches were so helpful as colours are hard to match from a computer screen. They came very quickly and one was a perfect match so I ordered the ties straight away. They upgraded my order for free to a tracked delivery and they had packed in a gift of 2 mint chocolates which was a nice surprise. Very happy, the ties are gorgeous.”

“Could not have asked for better service! Ordered swatch samples on Tuesday night and had our chosen ties and pocket squares arrive first thing Friday! Love thr swatch service, we had searched everywhere for ties that matched our bridesmaid dresses and having such a range of swatch colours made finding a match really easy. Fantastic company would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“Bought our wedding ties from Swagger & Swoon after struggling to find the right colour ties to match our wedding theme. The ties we received are absolutely amazing, such good quality, beautiful colours, and even they way they were packaged and delivered had thought put into it. “I needed a fun tie in a hurry and Swagger and Swoon came up with the goods with next day delivery. Lovely quality tie arrived next day, as requested, with a little note saying the one I had ordered had a mark and a substitute had been sent. Returns label also included. The tie sent was very similar and was just fine luckily as I did not have time to get another. Very nice customer service, would definitely use this lovely company again.”

“Customer service is a bit of a lost art for many companies but Swagger & Swoon were brilliant. Happy to send out samples quickly to colour match and when I was struggling to find the right colour, I was asked to send a photo, and was sent another option that was spot on. Planning a wedding can be quite stressful (!) but this part was so smooth and easy - thank you!”
