“This company are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me with colour matching our ties! They had excellent communication, adaptable and had a real personal feel to the service. They didn’t do bows small enough for my daughter’s hair but were able to custom make these to the size I needed! Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional, personal service! Thank you so much!”

“I ended up not buying but I must say that the customer service received through the whole process was exceptional. The only reason we did not ended buying was because we were not sure about the colour. I felt bad not buying because the treatment I received was so good. I will use them in future for sure!”

“Start to finish brilliant customer service! My partner ordered the swatches which came in no time. I placed the order days later. The order which was for a mixture of adult ties and children bow ties. After placing the order, they reached out to me to check id seen swatches prior to manufacturing. Throughout I got updates ranging from when the materials were cut to when dispatched. The communication was brilliant! The ties are perfect! Good quality. The kids bow ties are adorable. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Beautiful ties that very a great match to our bridesmaids' dresses. Exceptional service. I was one tie short 4 days before my wedding. I messaged on bank holiday Monday they replied and dispatched a tie Tuesday which arrived next day. Thank you so much!!!!”

“Exceptional customer service! When the sample ties didn’t match our bridesmaid dresses, George reached out proactively and helped us find the ideal colour. He also arranged a seamless return when we ordered the wrong size for the children’s ties and ensured the correct ones arrived before the wedding. We were genuinely impressed and would not have completed our order without his assistance. Would recommend”

“I bought the tie for my 50th Birthday, I'm a woman, so the last time I wore a tie was when I was about 16! But I needed a tie to make the blouse a bit more interesting/eye-catching. Got a lot of the compliments for the tie and it was made of high quality material. Swagger and Swoon contacted me to ask if I wanted a swatch to see if everything matched, and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything - which I was. I don't often leave reviews, but I believe Swagger and Swoon are genuinely one of the few companies that care about their products and customers. Would highly recommend them.”

“Very grateful for the excellent customer service throughout. My husband needed a tie to match my Mother of the Bride dress and Swagger and Swoon were brilliant at matching my swatch to find the perfect colour and fabric. The quality of the tie is superb. It was so nice to be kept updated by text as the tie was made, checked and sent out and I felt totally supported and valued as a customer. Congratulations on providing a great service and experience. “Purchased self-tie bow tie set including matching Handkerchief and cufflinks. The service was so personalised even for such a small order. They sent me a swatch (I hadn't asked for one) which arrived the next day, and confirmed the fabric was of excellent quality and a beautiful colour, and the order arrived within a week. Can't get better than this for good British customer service and quality. Whole heartedly recommend and I will be referring you to friends with weddings or any celebrations coming up! Thank you so much especially to George and all the Team. It was so refreshing to deal with live human beings. Keep up the great work!!”

“The ties and pocket squares we bought were perfect. I loved that you could order fabric samples before ordering the ties to make sure they matched our bridesmaids. “What an incredible service! From start to finish, Swagger and swoon was a wonderful experience. I ordered swatches and was contacted by Gemma to check in. She was quick to provide further support and send out more swatches to help me find the perfect colour. We ordered child dickie bows and an adult tie. They were quick to arrive and the quality was incredible. I was also in contact with George who again was quick with responses and extremely helpful. I have been blown away by their customer service and the quality of their products. I would 100% recommend.”
