“Customer service is a 5. From ordering 3 tie and pocket square sets at different times for 3 different wedding jollies. Items are good quality, delivered in a timely manner with information provided on the delivery. Follow up on swatches and orders to check all is ok is very attentive and a nice little touch awaits you when you order. Great range, good quality, nicely packaged and delivered quickly considering it’s custom made.”

“George and the team at Swagger and Swoon helped us match our ties to the bridesmaid's dresses perfectly. From start to finish the process was incredibly easy - I sent the swatch of the bridesmaid's colour to them, and they returned some swatches of different options for the men's ties for us to choose from. They even exchanged our order a few weeks later when my husband changed his mind from plain to patterned. The ties were great quality and the boys all loved them. We even received a congratulations text from the team the day before our wedding! Would highly recommend!”

“Cannot express enough how grateful I am that the team was able to help me find an exact match for a tie to my bridesmaids dress and deliver it before the wedding on such short notice. The customer service was unbelievable! I’m the first of my friendship group to get married and I will be recommended they all order through Swagger & Swoon. All with less than a week to the wedding we had swatches posted first class, confirmed what colour matched (it was the one they recommended just from the pictures I sent) custom making the tie and then delivering it just in time. So so grateful”

“This company are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me with colour matching our ties! They had excellent communication, adaptable and had a real personal feel to the service. They didn’t do bows small enough for my daughter’s hair but were able to custom make these to the size I needed! Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional, personal service! “I ended up not buying but I must say that the customer service received through the whole process was exceptional. The only reason we did not ended buying was because we were not sure about the colour. I felt bad not buying because the treatment I received was so good. I will use them in future for sure!”

“Start to finish brilliant customer service! My partner ordered the swatches which came in no time. I placed the order days later. The order which was for a mixture of adult ties and children bow ties. After placing the order, they reached out to me to check id seen swatches prior to manufacturing. Throughout I got updates ranging from when the materials were cut to when dispatched. The communication was brilliant! The ties are perfect! Good quality. The kids bow ties are adorable. Can’t recommend enough!”

He also arranged a seamless return when we ordered the wrong size for the children’s ties and ensured the correct ones arrived before the wedding. “I bought the tie for my 50th Birthday, I'm a woman, so the last time I wore a tie was when I was about 16! But I needed a tie to make the blouse a bit more interesting/eye-catching. Got a lot of the compliments for the tie and it was made of high quality material. Swagger and Swoon contacted me to ask if I wanted a swatch to see if everything matched, and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything - which I was. I don't often leave reviews, but I believe Swagger and Swoon are genuinely one of the few companies that care about their products and customers. Would highly recommend them.”

“Very grateful for the excellent customer service throughout. My husband needed a tie to match my Mother of the Bride dress and Swagger and Swoon were brilliant at matching my swatch to find the perfect colour and fabric. The quality of the tie is superb. “Purchased self-tie bow tie set including matching Handkerchief and cufflinks. The service was so personalised even for such a small order. They sent me a swatch (I hadn't asked for one) which arrived the next day, and confirmed the fabric was of excellent quality and a beautiful colour, and the order arrived within a week. Can't get better than this for good British customer service and quality. Whole heartedly recommend and I will be referring you to friends with weddings or any celebrations coming up!
