“I bought the tie for my 50th Birthday, I'm a woman, so the last time I wore a tie was when I was about 16! But I needed a tie to make the blouse a bit more interesting/eye-catching. Got a lot of the compliments for the tie and it was made of high quality material. Swagger and Swoon contacted me to ask if I wanted a swatch to see if everything matched, and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything - which I was. I don't often leave reviews, but I believe Swagger and Swoon are genuinely one of the few companies that care about their products and customers. Would highly recommend them.”

“Very grateful for the excellent customer service throughout. My husband needed a tie to match my Mother of the Bride dress and Swagger and Swoon were brilliant at matching my swatch to find the perfect colour and fabric. The quality of the tie is superb. It was so nice to be kept updated by text as the tie was made, checked and sent out and I felt totally supported and valued as a customer. Congratulations on providing a great service and experience. “Purchased self-tie bow tie set including matching Handkerchief and cufflinks. The service was so personalised even for such a small order. They sent me a swatch (I hadn't asked for one) which arrived the next day, and confirmed the fabric was of excellent quality and a beautiful colour, and the order arrived within a week. Can't get better than this for good British customer service and quality. Whole heartedly recommend and I will be referring you to friends with weddings or any celebrations coming up! Thank you so much especially to George and all the Team. It was so refreshing to deal with live human beings. Keep up the great work!!”

“The ties and pocket squares we bought were perfect. I loved that you could order fabric samples before ordering the ties to make sure they matched our bridesmaids. “What an incredible service! From start to finish, Swagger and swoon was a wonderful experience. I ordered swatches and was contacted by Gemma to check in. She was quick to provide further support and send out more swatches to help me find the perfect colour. We ordered child dickie bows and an adult tie. They were quick to arrive and the quality was incredible. I was also in contact with George who again was quick with responses and extremely helpful. I have been blown away by their customer service and the quality of their products. I would 100% recommend.”

“I can't speak highly enough of Swagger and Swoon! From start to finish, their customer service was beyond impressive—truly deserving of more than 5 stars. I initially ordered swatches, and to my surprise, they arrived the very next day! After selecting the tie colour, I placed my order, and their team was in constant communication at every step. There was a slight change in the colour batch, and I was immediately notified. To ensure I was still happy with the new shade, they sent me a swatch right away. “5 stars ++ Where do I start, the customer service is out of this world, this company couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried, from helping find me the closest match to my dresses, to sending out swatches they felt would work, to text message updates and offers to help more if you weren't satisfied, very quick delivery and beautiful packaged when arrived with a little pack of love heart sweets! Very good quality ties and bow ties!! I am very very happy🧡”

“We ordered the tie and pocket square sets from Swagger & Swoon for our wedding in April. Initially we ordered a single box to try with my partners suit, and following deciding on this tie, we ordered a further 8 sets, which got us a discount with the bulk order. The items came arranged in a lovely box which was very nice to leave out for the groomsmen in their rooms the day before the wedding. The ties looked great on the day! Would defiantly recommend Swagger & Swoon and we will likely purchase occasion ties from them again!”
