“What a fantastic company to work with in the build up to our wedding. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate and the sensibly priced swatches allowed me to choose the exact colour and pattern for ties and pocket squares. The responsiveness and communication from the team were second to none. I couldn't recommend Swagger and Swoon highly enough - they will eliminate any stress around ordering Groomsmen accessories and provide you with high quality goods at very reasonable prices.”

“Great quality and service from Swagger & Swoon. Also great communication keeping me up to date on progress. I made an error with my order and they did everything they could to get another tie out to me in time for us to fly out for our wedding at very short notice. Would 100% recommend them. “One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Great customer service from start to finish. They helped me pick out the perfect bow tie and pocket squares to match my bridesmaid dresses and the match couldn’t have been better! Brilliant communication including wishing us a great wedding day and following up after the event. Highly recommend this company - don’t hesitate if you are thinking of using them!”

“Amazing customer service, perfect shade of tie , whatever you pick online it’s very true to colour in real life , absolutely amazing stuff. They took their time making sure the quality of tie was perfect, they let you know when it arrives and always ask when you need it and send it before due to date , really happy and would recommend them to everyone ! “Excellent service from start to Finish . I wasn’t totally sure when the first swatches arrived - after an email sending a photo of my dresses I received some more free of charge by return . I ordered the ties and received them within a few days - colour match was perfect … thank you A lovely text received the day before our wedding wishing us all the best - personal touches made the experience even better . Brilliant stress free experience with swagger and swoon would highly recommend .”

“I realised I had picked a slightly unusual colour scheme which was proving difficult to find suppliers who could colour match ties to my bridesmaids dresses. The kilt hire shop could only supply a matching tartan tie which I knew wouldn’t provide the wow factor. That’s when I stumbled upon Swagger & Swoon and sent off for some colour swatches which were a near perfect match so I swiftly ordered cravats which matched perfectly. The quality of the material and packaging was superb, the men all loved them and the guests commented on how well the bridal party matched. I also received a lovely text message the day before our wedding from Swagger & Swoon wishing us well which was such a lovely touch and really demonstrates the outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use this company again!”

“Ordered on 23rd April. Still not been dispatched. Initial swatches were sent out really quickly, even followed by a few texts to ask if we had decided. Seemed great at first. Place an actual order and you aren’t even interested. Already emailed once asking when they will arrive to be given a vague answer that they can’t give us a date. Our wedding is in a few weeks and we don’t want to get our final touches for the wedding party outfits without seeing the ties and sashes first! Wouldn’t recommend this company. Good job you only get married once”

“We initially ordered swatches which were delivered very quickly and very helpful in deciding our preferred colour. We then ordered multiple ties and pocket squares within a few weeks of our wedding which were initially delayed beyond the standard delivery time and so we became concerned as to whether we would receive them in time. We had received communication from the company by text which made it very easy to raise our query about delivery and after doing so, I can’t fault how amazingly they dealt with providing an update, getting the order completed and shipped to us within a very short space of time and the items were the perfect match, and beautifully packaged. The best customer service I have experienced. Thank you.”

“I originally ordered a swatch that I thought was the correct colour to match our bridesmaids dresses but it wasn’t right. I messaged Swagger & Swoon and sent them a photo of the dresses, they were super helpful and sent out a few swatches they thought would be right, these came the very next day and we found our perfect match. I ordered ties and pocket squares and was updated with delivery information via text message and delivery was very fast. I’m extremely happy with our purchase and their customer service was fantastic, would highly recommend!”

“Communication was great throughout the whole process. Messages were sent to ensure we were happy with the swatches and sent more for free. Text messages were sent to update us on the process of our order and very quick to respond. Price is very reasonable and quality is fantastic. Delivery was quick and very pleased with our order. Staff were really thorough and ensured we were happy with our order.”

“So happy with the ties we received for our wedding by swagger and swoon. The swatches arrived within a couple of days and even though I was late ordering the ties (as you need to allow a few weeks for delivery, as they are made to order) the swagger team work with you and are quick to email back and help make sure they are with you for the date you need them, ours actually arrived a week early. We ordered sage green for the groomsmen and rose gold for the groom, the colours matched perfectly and the quality of the ties are fab. Thankyou swagger and swoon x”

“Got samples sent out first so I could match my dresses, Ties were perfect and of good quality. Extremely helpful customer services from start to finish. I noticed I was a tie short 2 days before my wedding and they sent one out next day delivery for me. Would use again and would recommend.”
