From seeing their vast selection of colour ranges on Facebook, to their support in getting the right colour match which included going above and beyond in sending alternative swatches when some that I’d chosen weren’t available in both tie and cravat, and their friendly and efficient service. “I can't speak highly enough of Swagger and Swoon! From start to finish, their customer service was beyond impressive—truly deserving of more than 5 stars. I initially ordered swatches, and to my surprise, they arrived the very next day! After selecting the tie colour, I placed my order, and their team was in constant communication at every step. There was a slight change in the colour batch, and I was immediately notified. To ensure I was still happy with the new shade, they sent me a swatch right away. Once I confirmed, the ties and pocket squares were produced and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery was fast, and everything arrived exactly as promised. I especially appreciated the personal touch of the text message updates. It really felt like Swagger and Swoon values their customers and goes the extra mile to provide a smooth and personalized experience. “5 stars ++ Where do I start, the customer service is out of this world, this company couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried, from helping find me the closest match to my dresses, to sending out swatches they felt would work, to text message updates and offers to help more if you weren't satisfied, very quick delivery and beautiful packaged when arrived with a little pack of love heart sweets! Very good quality ties and bow ties!! I am very very happy🧡”

“We ordered the tie and pocket square sets from Swagger & Swoon for our wedding in April. Initially we ordered a single box to try with my partners suit, and following deciding on this tie, we ordered a further 8 sets, which got us a discount with the bulk order. The items came arranged in a lovely box which was very nice to leave out for the groomsmen in their rooms the day before the wedding. The ties looked great on the day! Would defiantly recommend Swagger & Swoon and we will likely purchase occasion ties from them again!”

“I was in a bit of a panic because my wedding was only a week away, and I needed to match the color of my tie with the bride's dress, which, as usual, arrived quite late. I searched everywhere for the perfect match but couldn’t find it until I discovered Swagger & Swoon. They offer a wide variety of tie and pocket square colors, and thankfully, I found the exact match to the bride’s dress! I ordered the tie and pocket square right away and messaged them about the urgency. Their staff was incredibly helpful, assuring me that my order would arrive on time. They even requested that their tailor prioritize my order, and I received everything as promised, right on time. I’m extremely happy with the color and the quality of the fabric they used. I would highly recommend Swagger & Swoon to anyone looking for matching ties and pocket squares for their wedding!”

“Fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble. Sent swatches out straight away and when struggled with the one colour send similar shades out straight away. The lads looked great so did the doggy in matching bow tie. Highly recommend”

“The company as a whole and the best communication i've encountered from a retailer. They were very professional but really personable. I bought a tie and pocket square for my wedding and whilst the product was of great quality, the team remembered my wedding date and sent me many congratulations. “We were SO impressed with Swagger & Swoon! Their customer service is incredible! I ordered some swatches for our groomsmen and a few days after they arrived I had a lovely text from George in their customer service team who asked what I thought and he's happy to send more swatches if the ones I had received weren't quite right. I was trying to match the ties as best I could to my bridesmaid dresses and George said I could send them a photo or a swatch of the dress if I had one and they would send me swatches that best matched. I ended up going with one they sent me! When I placed my order I realised that I needed one more tie, S&S were amazing! They added the new tie to my order and sent me an invoice for the new one and they all arrived together! They even sent me little updates while the order was processing! I've never experienced such great customer service ever! And I worked in customer service for years so I really appreciate good customer service! Would 1000% recommend!”

“I ordered some samples online and I really wasn't sure of the colour. After being contacted and sending pictures of my dress I was sent ALL the samples in that colour,super quick. After choosing I was kept informed at each stage. The packaging was lovely. Definitely worth the price.”
