“Fantastic company. From the beginning they did everything they could to help. We received our samples then chose the closest colour to my dress. We ordered the cravat and pocket square for my husband and then the kids bow tie for our 3 year old. They were stunning and so well made. They kept in touch with us letting us know when we would receive them and what stage of manufacturing they were at. Could not be happiet”

“What an absolute gem if a company. I ordered a tie with very little time. Petra managed my expectation, was honest about time lines but most importantly she replied promptly to all emails. The tie was received on time and packaged beautifully. I would highly recommend Swagger and Swoon”

“Could not recommend this company more. I ordered some swatches to match the ties and pocket squares for our groomsmen with the bridesmaid dresses and found a match quite easily. My now husband wanted to match my dress which was more tricky but swagger and swoon patiently kept sending me swatches and asked for pictures to compare to help me find the closest match. The delivery was quick and the quality of the products was great. They also sent a message wishing us a happy wedding day. They went above and beyond to ensure we got the products we wanted and it was very much appreciated.”

“We couldn't recommend Swagger & Swoon more! Customer service was excellent throughout and we found the process so easy. First we ordered swatches and then we ordered a couple of ties as we couldn't decide between two shades. We were easily able to return one of the ties and then we ordered the rest of what we needed in the correct shade. We ordered ties and pocket squares for the groom, groomsmen and our dads. An added bonus was that we could order a doggy bow tie for our Labrador that matched perfectly. All were of such high quality and they looked amazing! Thank you so much!”

“I ordered two tie and pocket squares from swagger and swoon . Unfortunately we decided the colour was just too bright for the suit . I corresponded with customer service and was advised I could return for exchange or refund. we chose another colour . Unfortunately my OH didn t like the second colour … but Swagger and Swoon said No Problem and I was able to return for a full refund which was processed promptly. Very impressed with the customer service and will certainly recommend to my friends 😁”

“Customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a tie and pocket square set, and before dispatching I was contacted to make sure I’d seen a fabric sample so that I was absolutely sure I liked the colour. Any other company would have dispatched without checking and I think these guys 100% go the extra mile. Will definitely use them again!”

“Wow, such amazing customer service & quality products! Ordered a tie to try with our wedding suits without realising they did a test swatch service, was immediately emailed asking if I’d like a swatch sent out to me before proceeding with ordering just the 1 tie. Was then emailed again a few days after delivery of the swatch to make sure I was happy and to continue with my order. Once the tie has been received (and approved by fiancé!) will be ordering more as well as ordering additional cavani waistcoats through them rather than direct through cavani like we have done previously as I’m so impressed with these guys!! You’ve got yourself a loyal customer! Thanks again to George & Petra.”

“I could not find the colour i wanted so they advised a lot of the swatch samples that are similar to the ones i thought i needed. It was great service, the bridesmaids were so impressed i was able to colour match the ties and bow tie so well to their dresses! Service was amazing and they made the whole process seamless.”

“Such a simple idea and solution to easily colour matching accessories for my wedding. I thought I knew the colour and fabric I wanted, until I got various samples! Then o was able to order knowing that the finish product would be exactly as I wanted. Beautiful quality too and even got a ‘good luck’ text on the day.”

“The colour of the bow ties we chose for my husband and his best men was absolutely perfect! And the quality excellent. The team at Swagger and Swoon were great at keeping us updated when the bow tie was being produced, finished and sent out. Feels like a really personal service! And great value. I would definitely order from them again!”

“We ordered ties and pocket squares for 8 people for our wedding which were all amazing quality and came really quickly considering they are made to order! They kept us up to date throughout the process. We had really struggled to find a colour that matched the bridesmaids dresses, so we ordered a few swatches which helped so much.”

“S&S were exceptional help when providing samples and colour matching. I was after a very specific taupe coloured tie & pocket square to match bridesmaid dresses and compliment a check waistcoast. Updates from the workshop put my mind at ease and turnaround was quick, even when I needed a last minute pocket square after miscounting. George in particular was a great help and the final products of good quality. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.”
