Ordered on 23rd April. Still not been dispatched. Initial swatches were sent out really quickly, even followed by a few texts to ask if we had decided. Seemed great at first. Place an actual order and you aren’t even interested. Already emailed once asking when they will arrive to be given a vague answer that they can’t give us a date. Our wedding is in a few weeks and we don’t want to get our final touches for the wedding party outfits without seeing the ties and sashes first! Wouldn’t recommend this company. Good job you only get married once

I don’t normally write reviews but with the importance of the ties I ordered for my wedding and the time that has passed I feel I have too. I ordered 5 ties over 14 weeks ago with being told they will take no longer than 8 weeks. I’ve emailed back and forth so many times with the same response…I’ll check with the warehouse, then another reply they are due to be dispatched next week and then it becomes Groundhog Day and same emails following week. We fly away in 4 weeks and still no ties and all I receive is they due to be dispatched next week/with COVID our warehouse is struggling/they will arrive before the wedding. I expected with paying nearly £100 for 5 ties more organisation and some transparency about when they will come and “swagger and swoon” have let me down on all areas of customer service and warn anyone with a deadline within 6 months of purchase to stay clear

Ordered May 8th, received August 11th! (Over 3 months) spent £170 on 5 adult and 1 child cravat. They are beautiful. But I get married in 13 days and if there had been a problem I would not have time to fix it. Communication has been shocking, and even though I have asked for compensation for the seriously long wait I have received nothing. I would not recommend this company.

Unable to get a response from Swagger and Swoon regarding an unfulfilled order. The Wedding is in a week and we have no Ties.

Very disappointed with the communication and service I received. I originally purchased the wrong colour ties and I sent them back to exchange, thats where are the issues started. It took weeks to find the right colour, then I was told it would be 6 weeks before I recieved the ties. The six weeks deadline came and went with zero communication from swagger and swoon. I had to call multiple times to get any answers and the attitude and lack or care and attention was very clear. I finally received my ties but I wouldn't recommend this company (my profession is a wedding planner). The stress and pressure was unacceptable.

Disappointing service. There are loads of really positive reviews about their customer service however I have not experienced it. I emailed as advised on the website to ask about colour matching ties to my bridesmaid dresses. Hannah emailed back saying that she would pop some swatches in the post that day for me, which I thought would be great and was really helpful. This was the 19th of January. On the 29th of January I emailed again asking if they had been sent as I had not received anything. I had a response on the 1st Feb asking if I would like some swatches sent out to me and to send my address. I replied saying that we had already had this conversation, but yes and provided my address (again). I also asked if they could confirm when they send out the swatches. After still not receiving anything, I emailed again expressing my disappointment on the 7th February in the hope I would receive some kind of apology or explanation but I have still not heard anything. I don’t know if this company is struggling with demand or if there are other reasons but I think this is unacceptable of a company who supposedly pride themselves on customer service. Don’t say you are going to do something when you don’t.

Ordered hours before the 4pm cut off and paid £8.95 for next day (Saturday) delivery. Did not come so now I have an employee on Monday with no leaving gift. Great work by all.
