“They were very prompt with all communications and sending of swatches and ties. Everyone I spoke to was really helpful, but also realistic. I chose a swatch for our ties and pocket squares with which they had some supply issues and they did everything to get the products to me in time for our wedding in 3 weeks - well done!”

“The speed of response was brilliant, although I did send a question before phoning as the website had said there were no ties in the colour I wanted so I sent a query and it didn't get responded to. After a few days, I phoned and the product was actually in stock so it was a bit confusing. Having said that, the person on the phone was lovely dn I received my product the following day.”

“Such a great service - used the swatch/marching service to match our groomsmen’s bow ties to the groom’s tie. Zoe was brilliant, and everything arrived so quickly (swatches arrived the day after ordered, and once we ordered the final thing, it arrived the next day too!) - really happy, beautiful tie. Thank you”

“Following an order of some colour swatches I received a text asking how I found them. Due to the Item I wanted being out of stock on their website, they suggested they’d complete a custom order for me. Informed they could take 5 weeks to make especially for me, but that was within my time frame so didn’t mind. The order was raised, and a paypal link sent to me. Withjn 2 hours id already received another email saying the order had been dispatched!!! Before I’d even paid for it. Honestly fantastic service, amazing customer contact from all the staff I spoke to. Can hands down say this is one of the best example of customer service I’ve ever had the delight in receiving. Thank you to you all!!”
