“It's true what everyone else says about the great customer service at Swagger & Swoon. I ordered three swatches, took a pic of the best match against my bridesmaids' dresses and was sent three more swatches the next day - one of which was perfect. I ordered three ties and pocket squares which came within two days. I only wish I'd heard about S&S before traipsing in and out of every high street store on Oxford Street.”

“Excellent service and customer care. I was very impressed that after purchasing the colour swatches I received messages from people at the company to see how I was getting on with my choosing and if I required any assistance. Even when I finally rang up to place the order, the level of service was amazing. Highly recommend to any couple getting married who are struggling to find ties to match their bridesmaids' outfits. If I could award more stars I would.”

“S&S deserve 5 stars for their customer service alone. They gave me a call to discuss my order and allay and fears I had about it not arriving before the big day. Their swatch service was also really useful as my partner and I felt we needed to see the fabric to be sure of our decision. If you ever have a big order don't fret; give them a call and they'll sort everything out for you. Great service!”
