“Excellent service from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for more, from the initial comms right through to our final purchase the whole team have been fantastic. We have successfully been able to colour match our dresses with suitable ties and pocket squares and the team were brilliant at following up and seeing how we were getting on. Highly highly recommend Swagger and Swoon to anyone who needs Ties and Pocketsquares for their big day!”

“Disappointing service. There are loads of really positive reviews about their customer service however I have not experienced it. I emailed as advised on the website to ask about colour matching ties to my bridesmaid dresses. Hannah emailed back saying that she would pop some swatches in the post that day for me, which I thought would be great and was really helpful. This was the 19th of January. On the 29th of January I emailed again asking if they had been sent as I had not received anything. I had a response on the 1st Feb asking if I would like some swatches sent out to me and to send my address. I replied saying that we had already had this conversation, but yes and provided my address (again). I also asked if they could confirm when they send out the swatches. After still not receiving anything, I emailed again expressing my disappointment on the 7th February in the hope I would receive some kind of apology or explanation but I have still not heard anything. I don’t know if this company is struggling with demand or if there are other reasons but I think this is unacceptable of a company who supposedly pride themselves on customer service. Don’t say you are going to do something when you don’t.”

“Excellent service again. I can always find something for birthday and Christmas for my 90 year old Dad. He was delighted with the caravat for Christmas and I am sure he will be please with the quirky bow tie for his birthday. I was unable to buy these items on the high street so thank you Swagger and Swoon for coming to the rescue. Your respond time is amazing and I do like the personalised email updating on the order. The chocolate included in the delivery is very thoughtful.”

“I don’t even know where to begin, this company have been amazing from start to finish! I ordered a swatch from them which arrived so quickly after realising it was defiantly what I wanted I found that the ties had unfortunately gone out of stock, however after a quick email I had a lovely lady called Hannah sort everything out for me and I managed to get all my ties and pocket squares to match! The quality of them is amazing and the customer service is second to none, I will defiantly be coming back to them again and will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you swagger and swoon for giving us the perfect ties for our wedding and thank you for the lovely personal touch in the box when the ties arrived!”

“The very personal service I received was fantastic. I ordered 6 cravats and we had a very slight issue with the availability in the time I needed them. However everything was sorted in full and on time. Gary was fantastic, with regular email updates to make me aware of what was happening. A truly great personal service.
