“I have done a lot of research on infra red panels and how they might work best as part of a hybrid system alongside traditional radiators. Online I found a lot of positive feedback about Surya and I phoned them to see what sort of response I got and they were very helpful which was comforting. I placed an order and the panels I chose turned up very quickly, well packaged and I am very happy with my choice at this stage. I am waiting to have the panels installed but I am sure they will be fine as I already have a panel in an outside office. Great value and by chance I chose to buy whilst having their sale so even better.”

“The delivery and product was as announced. But the Royal Mail tracking system was texting me it was going to be delivered yesterday (with even a specific time band) and I stayed at home because of this, but no delivery was made in the end, which was frustrating. They delivered it today.”

“At 1st we didn’t think the portable radiator was working & was going to return it, we gave it a chance putting it in our cold conservatory. After a few hours we could feel the difference & no longer cold. My only gripe is no temp control is it’s either in or off!”
Thank you for your review, having looked at your order, I can see that you've bought a 350W Classic Portable IR Panel. For any conservatory, we'd recommend going higher than a 350W panel, as the heat loss in conservatories is exceptionally high compared to other areas. We do also have our Portable Nexus IR Panels that come with remote controls, and as you ordered on 8th Jan, there is still time to exchange for a different panel if you would like to get a heater that's better suited to your space. “This heating unit was bought for our en suite as it was always cold and damp. It was easy to install and has solved both issues immediately. We’ve got it hooked up to Google as well as on an app and we switch it on 10 mins before we shower and find the bathroom has heated up nicely in that time. The customer service provided by this company was superb. I phoned them prior to buying it to iron out a couple of queries. The chap was extremely thorough, asking for measurements to ensure I was buying the correct item for the job and was very knowledgeable about the product. I ordered it whilst still on the phone and it arrived the following day. Extremely impressed all round.”
