“At 1st we didn’t think the portable radiator was working & was going to return it, we gave it a chance putting it in our cold conservatory. After a few hours we could feel the difference & no longer cold. My only gripe is no temp control is it’s either in or off!”
Thank you for your review, having looked at your order, I can see that you've bought a 350W Classic Portable IR Panel. For any conservatory, we'd recommend going higher than a 350W panel, as the heat loss in conservatories is exceptionally high compared to other areas. We do also have our Portable Nexus IR Panels that come with remote controls, and as you ordered on 8th Jan, there is still time to exchange for a different panel if you would like to get a heater that's better suited to your space. “This heating unit was bought for our en suite as it was always cold and damp. It was easy to install and has solved both issues immediately. We’ve got it hooked up to Google as well as on an app and we switch it on 10 mins before we shower and find the bathroom has heated up nicely in that time. The customer service provided by this company was superb. I phoned them prior to buying it to iron out a couple of queries. The chap was extremely thorough, asking for measurements to ensure I was buying the correct item for the job and was very knowledgeable about the product. I ordered it whilst still on the phone and it arrived the following day. Extremely impressed all round.”

“I ordered infrared panel stands with wheels all in white, but got flat stands with no wheels in black and white. As it turns out the flat ones are a bit more stable so suit my purposes better. Fast delivery from dispatch. Sent Friday/rec'd Monday”

Our apologies for the experience you have had with us. Following my discussion with the customer services team, I understand that you placed an order for two bar heaters in June, and that you requested a refund for them on December 15th, because you no longer wanted them. Unfortunately, this is approximately 5 and a half months after the returns period ended, and we are no longer able to provide a refund for this.
Hi Belal, our apologies for the experience you have had so far. I've looked up your tracking and it seems that delivery was attempted twice last week (once on Tuesday 2nd December, and again on Wednesday 3rd December) and a calling card was left at the delivery address. The order is out for delivery today again (Monday 8th December) so please ensure that someone is at home to receive it, or that you visit the courier's website to have it delivered to a safe place or a neighbour's house. “To be honest I was expecting instant heat like a patio heater this wasn't the case, it takes time to warm up and it only heats things directly bang smack in front. If you are sitting slightly to the side of it you won't feel it. Overall I'm a bit disappointed in this”
