“Delivery was next day, it was easy to install, I know I ordered the non Wifi version, but there was no remote in the box and there is no thermostat display or means of controling the temprature, so it seriously hot all the time, so have to keep swiching it off.
I even read the instructions first. Am I missing something?”
Hi Richard, thanks for your review! In response to your query, the non-Wi-Fi models don't come with a remote control, and are designed to be used as on/off heaters, or by hardwiring them to an external thermostat. The instruction manual covers both the non-Wi-Fi and the remote control Wi-Fi models, hence why you've read about the remote control functions. “The unit I ordered arrived a little bit bent. The end unit. I called them and sent in pics and got a reply early the next morning saying I could have a replacement or bend it back into place and have a 5% discount. I opted for option 2 and to my surprise, fixing the unit (probably bent in transit) was surprisingly easy. I then mounted the unit and its in and working. I like the fact the company answered my call, responded really quickly and gave me options. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“The little freestanding IR panel throws out much more heat than anticipated and is perfect for warming my feet. At 220W, it's running off the solar panels even on dull winter days without costing me anything.
