“The person I spoke to was pleasant, professional and clear in the information she provided. She was not hurried nor pushing to get me to buy a package of the services. The follow up email was prompt and provided valuable information on different processes of negotiating to settle financial issues and a chart of the process. “The appointment was conducted on what's app the lady was very clear and helpful.but I didn't agree to the mediation because my wife won't go to mediation sorry .but the mediation service was brilliant”

“I felt truly heard and the reason for the meeting was explained from the beginning. Explaining clearly the objective and importance of the meeting is of great value as a person in a divorce situation is going through so much in their head and can be a bit confusing. I would just suggest that when booking the meeting the client is told we should be alone and in a quiet room. Thank you for your help.”

“45 min initial consultation. Ali was really helpful and answered the outstanding questions I had about the process and particularly my unique situation in terms of finances (I am a contractor on a fixed term contract). It was really informative and time very well spent, not to mention great value for money. I would highly recommend for anyone who is trying to negotiate this tricky path.”
