“Been taking tablets containing Lutein, Zeaxanthin etc for many years (20?, long before problems started) and suspect this could be why my Dry Macular has been slow to develop and even at 90 is not a major issue. Introduced to Supplemented a few monthes ago and it is by far the cheapest source of relevant tablets I have found. The Eye Care Complex pills don't claim to be AReds2 formula so I alternate with more expensive brands that do but I have not noticed any difference.”
