I've been ordering 6 Vegepa every 3 months for several years and there's never been a problem until this time when the order failed to arrived by Royal Mail. I rang the sales line and someone said they'd email customer services about it and they would get back to me - but nobody did. I tried a second time but was told customer services didn't work on Saturdays. On the third time, I rang customer services direct and a very helpful lady said she would reorder for me and send the package by courier. 4 days later nothing seemed to have happened and I was just about to ring again when the courier turned up with my order. So everything sorted eventually but a bit more painfully than I would have liked. An email when the reorder was placed / dispatched would have been helpful.

Thank you for your feedback, we were sorry to hear of the problems you have had with your order. Unfortunately deliveries with any carrier do sometimes go missing and there is very little any seller can do in a short time as enquires with the courier or Royal Mail can take time. We always try and ensure that the product which has gone missing can be sent out again in spite of any cost involved. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and delay. Much faster delivery now that you are using Hermes ,royal mail was rather slow.

Shocking service.Was On holiday in uk.Paid for overnight delivery.It was not delivered following day.Emailed and called service daily for 5 days,never got a response or call return.Delivered 8 days later! Had left uk by then so never got package.And was never refunded on overnight delivery charge!

The postage and packing were free which is always a plus! The item was delivered very quickly which was impressive.

Well, i have purchased item first class ( i have paid extra) on Tuesday and i got item almost a week later. I made a call to follow up my purchase, left my details. No one followed up and called back.", as well as the item arrived next week. This is is not first class delivery!!

I rang the order line last week to say the product I bought was out of date the man I spoke to said he would email you and you would telephone me I'm disgusted that no one has bothered to contact me the date on it was 07 2016 on the bottle please contact me on01288331446

My purchases have not yet arrived. Does this company even exist? It is now 25/05/16 and still no sign of purchases. Multiple emails have been sent to contact details given in purchase confirmation and dispatch confirmation but to no avail. The Customer Service is non-existent and I suspect that they will not be forthcoming with a refund either. Very disappointed.

My order never came. I emailed and phoned but no one got back to me. I have now intigated a paypal dispute to get my money back. Customer service poor. Awful
