“Their choice of items is good, as is their pricing. Where they do fall down is if an item is out of stock. This has happened on a few occasions and I know it's inevitable sometimes, but I've never yet received an email to let me know. I just get a Paypal refund without any explanation. It would be much better customer service to get some communication about it.”

“I Did not receive the item ! I have sent 2 e-mails asking for a estimated delivery date. I received e response , but it did not give me an estimated delivery date. I did not receive a response at all to my 2nd E-Mail ! Therefore matter is now being dealt with through Paypal resolution centre .”
