“Really poor, being a gas engineer and sometimes need next day delivery which I paid for but didn’t realise that is pass the time for delivery , although it was dearer than the Saturday delivery being posted on a Thursday I find it arrives Monday , then no contact numbers , where’s the returns form never again”

“Ordered online, got confirmation of order being received to be received before 10.30 next day, then didn’t hear from them until I chased the order when it hadn’t arrived, only to be told they couldn’t find the part in stock so simply hadn’t sent it out! Persuaded them to have another look and send urgently. When it finally received the part it was an OEM version (worth about half the price and possibly not compatible) and not the branded item I’d ordered as photographed on the website.”

“You may have a reliable ordering process, you might not. As you might guess I have not. Several emails ignored to a web helpline which doesnt work, Followed by a phone call to the hinckly branch where a refund for unavailable parts was promised but never materialised, and a final email fairly strongly worded which resulted in about half the order being dumped at my address. When seeing if fittings were available to buy instore I was told a single fitting would be in the realm of 20 pounds, when the website and ebay service offer it for 4.50 .... It does make it very difficult to take the service offered with any credibility. They may be able to function, they may not - I would advise you to buy at the counter or not risk your reputation.”

“I had an ex-display or otherwise used product instead of the advertised new. Delivery took more than a week despite paying for "1-2 day delivery Parcelforce". Customer services didn't reply neither to my emails neither to my phone calls. Eventually the order disappeared from my account, I was about to file a chargeback on my credit card 2 weeks after placing the order when the order was delivered. Customer service replied eventually that my order was delivered, but they didn't comment on sending used instead of new.”

“ordered on sunday and payed extra for the next day delivery now tuesday morning and still waiting for the part , i dont think it is stuart plumbings fault the delivery company thaey use is FARCELFORCE and they are useless , cant get any info from them , all calls to them are automated , a disgrace”

“Nothing has arrived yet although it was supposed to have been sent a while back. Another item I ordered was out of stock so I need to check to see what I have been charged for. I don't think I woill be using these clowns again.”

“No reply to emails Paid in full for goods to be delivered. They never left the store. After hounding them with emails I received part refund. Out of pocket with no goods”

“No reply to emails. Items were posted, yet returned to sender after a few days. Waiting for a reply as to why and when I will receive my goods. So far not impressed .. ....update. Basically they've scammed me out of £10:80 Only part refund when they messed up. Considering legal action if nothing is done”

“Ordered an item that was clearly stated as in stock, then heard nothing about my order until I'd sent two emails. I was told the item wasn't in stock, but given no information or the offer of a refund. They are clearly not set up to offer an online service, and there is no way of getting hold of somebody other than an email they take 48 hours to reply to. Avoid”
