“My first purchase from this company. I still have Never received my order !!!! I paid for next day delivery on the 13th of May 2020. extremely disappointed. I emailed Stuart Plumbing & Heating Suppliesand got no response. Will not buy again from them. Mrs genete Jenkins.......”

“Awful service online. Counter staff couldn’t be more helpful. Claimed to have shipped order. Ten days and four calls later haven’t got it in stock. Website doubled the order, shipped both, nothing arrived.”

“ordered 7 items at a costof £133.98 paid for Saturday delivery only part of the order arrived 2 items only received a heat mat and extension hose should have been rothenberger cool bag super fire 2 torch heat shield and map gas sent several emails no response so £100 down no explanation from Stuart plumbing avoid at all cost will be pursuing this matter through legal channels”
