“Ordered 3 things on click and collect, as I live 10 minutes away from the store. When I checked out it said it would come by Parcelforce and was charged delivery. After 3 days I haven't had anything and i'm still waiting.”

“ordered 7 items at a costof £133.98 paid for Saturday delivery only part of the order arrived 2 items only received a heat mat and extension hose should have been rothenberger cool bag super fire 2 torch heat shield and map gas sent several emails no response so £100 down no explanation from Stuart plumbing avoid at all cost will be pursuing this matter through legal channels”

“A very efficient service. 1 minor comment, when ordering 40mm knuckle elbows there is nowhere on the order form to pick either black or white even though you are able to choose earlier in the system before it goes to my basket. Luckily the delivery man brought 2 of each and gave me a choice.”
