“The stuff that you learn is very valuable in the work place. And the best part is alot of it is done through group work. So you gain alot of teamwork skills. The tutor also helps you with answers for your portfolio so you never have to do it by yourself. You can get an extra certificate if your doing the hospitality course, by doing a short course on allergens with multiple choice answers for the questions. It gets you an extra certificate in food hygiene and it's free.”
