I would have wanted ultimately more content on how to think like a civil servant during the selection process. Star method and civil service values heavily emphasised and less stuff like Health and Safety at work and very basic IT etc.”

“This course has broadened my horizons in many areas of Leadership and Management. I am fully equipped to take on leadership roles outside the industries I have worked in. I have learned new skills and developed my interpersonal communication skills. What's more, I have become more confident, especially having been unemployed for a few years due to a health condition. I now feel empowered and will take the opportunity to explore more avenues to become economically empowered.
The course is well structured and delivered. Our Lecturer/Tutor, Connie, ensures that we display a hands-on approach to work by putting us in groups to research, discuss, and share ideas.
