“The STRIVE Leadership and Management Level 3 course is undoubtedly one of the best I have taken. Having studied many courses with LCG Online, I can confidently say that STRIVE stands out at the top. The excellent tutor (CONNIE), teaching methods, feedback communication, collaboration with other students, and the comprehensive length and depth of the course and modules were all impressive.
The tutor was exceptional, explaining everything with remarkable clarity. Even complex topics were made accessible to beginners like me in the leadership and management course. Her delivery method was clear and engaging, and the entire course content was detailed and accurate. From start to finish, there were no faults.
Each session included a group discussion and feedback session, allowing everyone to interact, address doubts, and receive valuable feedback. The learning experience was enjoyable and provided a great opportunity to develop key leadership skills and network with other like-minded individuals.
*The only drawback was that more time could be allocated to each unit. I recommend covering each individual unit in one day instead of multiple units.

“MOre coverage should be given to writing of suitability statements or other statements mentioned in the Civil Service job description. When CV is not asked your acceptance for the interview is solely based on how one writes the statements. A random should be chosen by the student and the instructor should help write the statement.”
