“I was very impressed with the quality of the teaching and support for the students. Tutor(s) were both very knowledgeable & passionate about their fields. The classes are engaging and lively! Employability support is probably the best I have seen so far! The only reasons that it didnt make 5 stars is that the onboarding process could be improved, system is a little clunking and could do with streamlining and capacity could be increased in their employability team for more timely responses, when you do eventually get through the quality is very high. “Honestly, when the course started, I thought oh great this is going to boring and a waste of my time. I can honestly say I enjoyed it and learnt some great skills that will help build my CV and give me the confidence and knowledge to have the best interview experience. The tutor Steve was generous with his time and had a brilliant attitude towards us, really felt like he listened to what we needed from him. Would definitely recommend this course, if your a like me and not open to change please give it a go you will gain a lot.”

“The course was managed well and the scheduel to do are tasks felt good. However the online aspect of the course was challenging in that there was alot of stop and starting happening with people having technical issues or noisy backgrounds.”
