“The trainer took time to make sure eveyone understood all concepts of the course and let those that already knew a lot about them take it at their own pace as well. They made sure everyone was up to date without micromanaging students. If anyone was severely behind they took time to help them one-to-one in their own time which kept things going well. Strive were very informative about coruse starting times, etc, and made sure that everyone had the best chance of succeeding.”
