She helped everyone with the questions and she was making sure everyone was up to date with their work so they could pass the course and gt their certificates. She was nice ladie to people. “This course has been very informative and has significantly supported my preparation for interviews, particularly within the Civil Service sector. It provided a clear overview of the recruitment process, the types of roles available, and the expectations and rules that govern the sector.

“Jonathan was a great trainer, he is very skilled in dealing with people from all walks of life and had a lot of patience.
Training from a student prespective would be better if aligned acording to skill set. we had a couple of students continuously delay the tasks due to lack of basic computing skills, whihc became frustraing”
