“I had a very positive experience with Strive Training. The programme has helped me develop my knowledge, confidence and understanding of the workplace, while also giving me valuable guidance towards building my career.
I would especially like to thank my trainer, Trina, for her continued support, patience and encouragement throughout the training. She was always willing to explain things clearly, answer questions and provide guidance whenever I needed help. I have learned a lot from her, not only from the training itself but also from the advice and encouragement she shared along the way.
The training has helped me improve my understanding of workplace skills, communication, teamwork, health and safety, and preparing for employment. I also found the support and guidance around applying for jobs and preparing for opportunities very useful.

“My overall experience on the training course has been really positive. I have been on many courses before, but I have honestly never met a tutor quite like Antonia.
Antonia has been absolutely amazing and is a real gem to the company. She has so much knowledge, patience and support to give. If someone does not understand something, she takes the time to break it down in a simple way and explain it again until it makes sense. She makes everyone feel comfortable asking questions and never makes anyone feel silly for not knowing something.
What made the course even more enjoyable were her little mottos and songs throughout the day. They really helped break the day up, made everyone laugh and kept the energy going. It made the course feel relaxed and fun instead of just sitting and listening all day.
I have been on so many different training courses over the years, but never have I met someone with the same energy, personality and way of teaching as Antonia. You can tell she really cares about the people she is teaching and wants everyone to do well.
